Rob Matthews presented Jim and Darlene Doyle with the first annual “Golden Bucket award” presented to them for their contribution to our chapter. They are at most of the meetings and outings. Their bucket was loaded with all kinds of goodies from sweet treats to Blue Bucket Mine concentrate.  They will keep the bucket for a year and then at next year’s Birthday Party  award the “bucket” to a deserving member of their choice.
Next meeting will be held at Cabela's in Lacey. November 15, from 1:00-4:00 PM in the meeting room.  This is a one time change to give members from the south end  a chance to come to a meeting. Map
Chapter Birthday Party

Our chapter celebrated its second birthday with a potluck lunch at Rob and Biz Matthew’s home, after the Oct. 10 2009 meeting.  All members present also received a gift of concentrate from the Blue Bucket Mine from Rob Matthews.
A work party  is forming to go up to Snowball' Chance to do some work around the place to thank Don for inviting us to come to his claim. Contact John Dykstra johnd_1953@comcast.net  to sign up to help.
